WHY DO YOU REMEMBER

To investigate emotion, to find out what really takes our breath away, to understand why we transform little moments in our lives into such unique and grand experiences. This is the focus of the project. The idea to create an inquiry environment based on a bank of memorable experiences came from a desire to capture such moments, to share sensations, perceptions and images with our partners, clients, friends, people who have been around us throughout the past 20 years and who, somehow, have helped to build the history of Tatil. About Fred Gelli: Graduated in Industrial Design and Visual Communications at PUC-Rio, Gelli is partner and creative director at Tatil Design of Ideas, for which he has won more than 50 national and international awards, such as the iF Design Award, in 2004 and 2006, considered the Design Oscar. In 2007, he was a jury member at D&AD Global Awards, for the Packaging Design category, and in 2008 he was the first Brazilian designer to be jury member at Cannes Lions Festival for the Packaging Design, Brand Identity and Environmental Design category. He is a lecturer at the Industrial Design and Visual Communications undergraduate course at PUC-Rio, where he also started the Ecoinnovation course in 2008.
